Scheduling Tips for Myofascial Release

Scheduling:
My schedule is currently booking approximately 12 weeks in advance.

New Clients:
Myofascial Release is not a “one and done” treatment. In the beginning, repetition is key to creating lasting changes in the body.

If you are seeking MFR for pain relief or to work through an issue, I typically see new clients once a week for 6 weeks, in the beginning. Most clients respond well to this frequency and begin to make some meaningful changes during that time period. What we can do in 1 session is not the same as what we can do in 6. As we progress, the goal is always to begin spacing appointments out, working towards a maintenance schedule that works best for each individual client.

To avoid long gaps between your sessions, I strongly encourage you to book your full 6 sessions in advance. You can always cancel or adjust if needed—you're not locked in—but having them on the calendar ensures continuity.

If you'd prefer to schedule just one session to start, that's completely fine too—just note that your next available appointment will be several weeks out.

For Those Seeking Wellness or Relaxation:
If you're booking for general wellness, relaxation, or to simply experience Myofascial Release, you're also welcome to schedule as needed.

Current Clients:
A gentle reminder to keep up with your maintenance appointments, especially if you have preferred days or times. Booking in advance helps ensure you don’t miss out.

Romiromi is a deep form of healing, and the body often needs time to process what is released during a session. For someone new to this work or moving through a significant shift—physically, emotionally, or energetically—sessions may be spaced weekly or every two weeks to allow for integration while keeping momentum.

For general maintenance, clearing, and grounding, many clients benefit from receiving romiromi once a month.

Romiromi is not about frequency for the sake of it—it’s about timing. Some sessions stir subtle changes that continue to unfold over weeks. Others move energy immediately. Trust your body, and allow it to guide the pace.
